1.2. Legal Framework

These Terms are drafted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic, particularly Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Civil Code").

1.3. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order through our online store, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to them.

 

2. Order and Conclusion of Purchase Agreement

2.1. Ordering Method

Orders can be placed exclusively through our online store or any other method specified on our website (email, phone, social media, etc., if available).

Please provide accurate and complete details in your order (name, delivery address, contact phone number, email). For custom-made footwear, include all necessary details regarding design, size, and any specific requirements.

2.2. Formation of the Purchase Agreement

The purchase agreement between you and us is concluded once we confirm the order (via email or another form of confirmation).

The seller reserves the right to reject or modify an order in justified cases (e.g., missing or incomplete details, production overload, unavailability of materials) before confirmation. In such cases, we will contact you promptly.

2.3. Order Cancellation

The customer may cancel (revoke) an order only before it enters production or is dispatched. For custom-made footwear, cancellation is only possible upon agreement with the seller, depending on the production stage.

The seller reserves the right to cancel an order if there is a significant change in material prices, a technical error in the order, etc. If the customer has already paid, the full amount will be refunded.

 

3. Price and Payment Terms

3.1. Product Pricing

Prices include VAT (if the seller is a VAT payer) and all legal fees, except for shipping costs, which vary depending on the selected shipping service and are displayed during checkout.

The seller reserves the right to change prices, but the price valid at the time of order placement will always apply.

3.2. Payment Methods

Payment for goods can be made through the following methods (specific options are shown at checkout):

  • Bank transfer (payment in advance)

  • Online card payment

  • Cash on delivery (if available)

  • Other payment methods listed in the order form

3.3. Payment Due Date

For advance payments, an invoice is issued upon order confirmation. Payment must be made by the due date specified on the invoice. If the payment is not received on time, the order may be canceled.

 

4. Delivery Terms

4.1. Production and Delivery Time

As custom-made footwear is produced, the standard production time can be up to 30 days.

Once production is completed and the order is dispatched, delivery time depends on the chosen courier service. Delivery within the Czech Republic usually takes 2–5 business days, while international shipments take 7–14 days.

4.2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on the selected delivery method, weight, and destination. The exact price will be displayed at checkout.

For selected promotions or purchases above a certain value (specified on our website), shipping may be free.

4.3. Receiving the Goods

Upon receiving the goods from the courier, please check the packaging for any damage and verify the number of parcels. If the packaging is damaged, file a claim with the courier and refuse the package.

By accepting the shipment, you confirm that it meets all conditions and was not damaged.

 

5. Complaints, Returns, and Liability for Defects

5.1. Warranty Period and Claims

Custom-made footwear is covered by a warranty in accordance with the Civil Code. The customer must file a claim without undue delay after discovering a defect.

The validity of a claim depends on whether the defect resulted from a manufacturing fault or improper workmanship (seller's responsibility) or from improper use or inadequate maintenance (customer's responsibility).

5.2. Complaint Process

Contact us (via email or phone) and describe the defect as accurately as possible. Attach photos or videos and proof of purchase (invoice).

If the complaint is justified, we will resolve it through repair, replacement, or a refund—depending on the agreement and technical possibilities.

5.3. Returns (Refunds)

Since this is custom-made production, you cannot withdraw from the contract due to a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the design.

However, if the product has a manufacturing defect or does not meet specifications, the complaint process will apply. If the claim is accepted, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

 

6. Data Protection

All personal data you provide in connection with your order is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).

7. Copyright

The content of the online store (texts, photos, logos, website design, etc.) is protected by copyright. Copying or using it without prior consent from the seller is prohibited.

 

8. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

If a consumer dispute arises between us, you have the right to seek out-of-court dispute resolution. The competent authority for consumer dispute resolution is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI) or another entity authorized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

 

9. Final Provisions

9.1. Validity of Terms and Conditions

These Terms are valid and effective from February 11, 2025, and replace all previous versions of the terms and conditions.

9.2. Changes to the Terms

The seller reserves the right to change or supplement these Terms. The new version will be published on the website and will be valid from the date of publication.
