Shipping Policy

  1. Order processing time

    • For every custom shoe that we offer, the standard time for production and preparation for shipment is up to 30 days.

    • This time may be affected by material availability or specific design requirements. In the event of any changes or extensions to this period, you will be notified immediately by e-mail or telephone.

  2. Delivery time

    • After the completion of production and dispatch of the goods, you can expect delivery according to the selected transport service. Shipping usually takes 2-5 working days within the Czech Republic and 7-14 working days for international shipments.

    • The total time from ordering to delivery can therefore be up to 30 days (production) + shipping time.

  3. Shipping costs

    • Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method chosen, weight and destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed in the shopping cart when completing the order.

    • For orders over a certain amount (to be specified on the website), shipping may be free.

  4. Changes to the order

    • If you need to make a change or addition to an already entered order (e.g. change of design, size, etc.), contact us as soon as possible.

    • We make changes to orders according to our possibilities and the state of production. Some changes may affect the final price or delivery date.

  5. Shipment tracking

    • After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website, where you can track the current delivery status.

    • If you have questions about the status of the shipment, you can contact us at any time.

  6. Complaints and returns

    • Due to the fact that it is a custom production, the goods cannot be returned due to a change of mind or an unsatisfactory design. However, in case of detected defects or discrepancies, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the situation together.

    • All production is subject to our terms of complaints and guarantees (as a rule according to the applicable legislation of the Czech Republic). Detailed information can be found in the "Complaints" section of our website.

  7. Delays or complications

    • There may be a situation where production or delivery will be delayed (for example due to extreme weather conditions, material unavailability or other unexpected circumstances). In this case, we will keep you informed so that you have an overview of the estimated delivery date.
